If a Swantner & Gordon office must be closed due to a storm threat or impact, your call will be routed to one of Swantner & Gordon's branch offices. In the event that all of our offices are closed, you have the option of leaving a message for when we return or contacting your insurance provider directly (in the event of a catastrophe, The Texas Department of Insurance maintains a list of insurance providers, their website address, and phone numbers).
